The climate conditions and humidity of the River Maipo in autumn 2007 enabled us to have grapes affected bybotrytis or noble rot, which are perfect for producing naturally concentrated sweet wines. This is a unique wine from a vineyard with exceptional Semillon that has been shaped by the particular characteristics of this vintage along with more than a decade of patient ageing in used barrels. It is a highly complex and intense wine with many aromatic layers, an oily texture, concentration, fresh acidity and a very long finish.
